A stately Southern Magnolia welcomes you to the charming Stone Terraces, lined with picturesque flagstone paths and tucked next to the striking stone side of the historic Howell House. Lush green space with an air of intimacy offers a magical gathering place for your guests.
The Stone Terraces accommodate 150 guests for a seated reception and up to 200 guests for a ceremony-style event. Pricing ranges from $2,000 to $,5000 depending on event details.
Elope in the Beauty of the Garden
If you are after a simple ceremony under the trees and surrounded by the beauty of garden blooms, we offer an Elopement Package that includes exclusive use of a garden space beginning at $240 per hour.
A Premiere Reception in the Dogwood Center
With seating for up to 200 guests, the Dogwood Center is our premiere event space. This American Architecture Award-winning venue is our most popular and sought after location for celebrations of all kinds. A modern interior and charming exterior provide the ideal garden experience. With floor to ceiling windows on two sides, guests can enjoy the comfort of the indoors while looking out at the Dogwood Trail, the Garden of New Beginnings, and the Danae and Rita Johnson Gardens.
Dogwood Center accommodates 250 guests for a ceremony configuration and 200 for a reception. This rental venue includes the use of available tables and chairs. Pricing ranges from $3,500 to $6,000 depending on event details.

From corporate luncheons and baby showers to elegant receptions, the Garden offers one-of-a-kind venues like the Stone Greenhouse for unforgettable events. Once a working greenhouse at the historic Joe Howell Nursery, this romantic covered setting is a showcase for seven different types of ivy that create a beautiful backdrop year-round for ceremonies and receptions.
