In this workshop, participants will observe 15th & 16th Century still life paintings by master realists, then mimic their style using pastels on dark papers. We will explore the gardens observing spring flowering bulbs and other plants and sketching them. We will culminate by making spring floral arrangements that we will preserve in a still life drawing.
