Mozart in the Gardens
The Knoxville Symphony Orchestra will perform at the Knoxville Botanical Garden and Arboretum on Thursday, Sept. 29, at 7 p.m. to present an interactive musical experience where patrons can listen to three string ensembles placed throughout the gardens followed by a full chamber orchestra performance in the Dogwood Center. Music Director Aram Demirjian has crafted an evening of Mozart’s most notable repertoire, including “Eine Kleine Nachtmusik” and “Marriage of Figaro Overture.”
This concert is free and open to the public. No tickets are required. Picnic blankets and lawn chairs are encouraged. In case of light rain, the concert will take place as scheduled. In the case of cold temperatures or thunderstorms, this concert will be rescheduled.
