There is nothing like fresh produce from a summer garden. Join us as we learn from Vivian Williams about ways to keep that rich flavor in the kitchen even after the garden begins winter hibernation! Come ready for a hands on canning demonstration in our Carriage House kitchen. Not only will you leave with your own freshly canned produce, but with the energy and confidence to grow and prepare your own fresh foods at home! Participants will get to choose between a jar of salsa and a jar of pickled okra.
