The Butterfly Effect:
Attracting Butterflies Hummingbirds and Other Pollinators to Your Backyard

Ranging in size from a few containers placed in a sunny spot to several acres, pollinator gardens can provide much-needed habitat for animals that help provide our food. We’ll start with Pollinator Biology 101, including the weird, the wild and the wonderful, followed by how to attract and keep pollinators coming back to your garden. One hour will be spent in the classroom followed by an optional walk through our brand new Butterfly Interpretive Garden and an opportunity to meet up with your kids for a short Family Flying Flower (Butterfly) Foray in the Butterfly Meadow.
