The flowering dogwood is one of the most iconic trees in the southeast. Join KBGA's Director of Horticulture, Brian Campbell, for an informative talk on this beautiful native tree. We will discuss the dogwood's place in history, cultural requirements and some of the pests and diseases that effect the dogwood. Lecture will include a walking tour of our newly opened Dogwood Nature Trail, where you will learn about our extensive collection of this beautiful flowering tree.
