2022 Fall Festival Non-Profit Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Knoxville Botanical Garden’s 13th Annual Fall Festival! This application is for non-profits and social organizations wishing to be vendors at the festival. Approved non-profit vendors are welcome to share information about their organizations and to engage visitors in crafts and other activities.  However, out of consideration for paying food and craft vendors, non-profit vendors that plan on selling craft or food items must receive advance approval from the Knoxville Botanical Garden & Arboretum. Terms and Conditions

By submitting this non-profit vendor application for the 2022 Knoxville Botanical Garden & Arboretum Fall Festival, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Applications

Vendor applications must be received by the Knoxville Botanical Garden & Arboretum no later than October 19, 2022.

Vendor applications are received on a first-come, first-serve basis. If the application is accepted, the approved vendor must return a signed contract within seven days in order to reserve their space.

Amenities

One 10’ x 10’ booth space will be designated for approved non-profit vendors at no cost.  Additional adjoining spaces may be purchased for $25 each.  Electricity will not be provided.  Generators and extension cords will not be permitted.  Vendors must bring their own tent, tables, and chairs.  The Knoxville Botanical Garden & Arboretum will not provide vendors with tents, tables, or chairs.

Non-Profit Requirements

Day of the Event

All vendors must be completely set up and ready to open to the public, with vehicles parked in designated vendor parking, by 12:30 p.m. Sunday, October 30th.  Vehicle use will not be permitted at all during the event.  Booths may not be taken down prior to 5:00 p.m. All potential hazards must be cleared from the area or secured at all times. All booths will be subject to inspection by the Event Coordinator prior to opening. 

COVID-19

Due to the ongoing pandemic, the Fall Festival is subject to last minute changes and possible cancellation. In the event of cancellation, any registration fees paid by vendors will be refunded in full. Safety guidelines will be issued closer to the event in order to shape guidelines according to the recommendations of officials at that time.
