Applications & Payment

Vendor applications must be received by the Knoxville Botanical Garden & Arboretum no later than October 19, 2021.

Vendor applications are received on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Applications will be reviewed within seven days of receiving the completed application.  If the application is accepted, the approved vendor must return a signed contract with booth payment within seven days in order to reserve their space.

Food vendors will be designated one 10’ x 10’ space or a designated parking area for food trucks.  Additional adjoining spaces may be purchased for $100 each.  Electricity will be available for vendors who note that they require electricity on their applications.  Generators and unapproved extension cords will not be permitted.  Vendors who require a tent, table, or chairs for their booths must provide their own.  The Knoxville Botanical Garden & Arboretum will not provide vendors with a tent, table or chairs.  The Fall Festival will provide seating and tables in a designated eating area for visitors.

Day of the Event

All vendors must be completely set up and ready to open to the public, with vehicles parked in designated vendor parking, by 12:30 p.m. Sunday, October 24th.  Vehicle use will not be permitted at all during the event.  Booths may not be taken down prior to 5:00 p.m. All potential hazards must be cleared from the area or secured at all times. All booths will be subject to inspection by the Event Coordinator prior to opening.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, the Fall Festival is subject to last minute changes and possible cancellation. In the event of cancellation, any registration fees paid by vendors will refunded in full. Safety guidelines will be issued closer to the event in order to shape guidelines according to the recommendations of officials at that time.
